Return Policy -

  • Refund form of payment - within 30 days & with sales receipt. (Id required on refunds over $75.00)
  • Store credit or exchange - after 30 days or without sales receipt.
  • No cash refund on Gift Cards or Credit Bonds

Special Order Policy -

  • Special orders require a 100% deposit.
  • If canceled for any reason, deposit is refundable by store credit only.
  • Special orders are required to be picked up within 14 days of notification or the items will be returned to stock and deposit will be refunded in store credit.

Hold Policy -

  • ALL FIREARM HOLDS: Firearms may be placed on hold for a maximum of 60-days with a 50% deposit. If canceled for any reason, deposit is refundable by store credit only. Hold extensions will not be granted.
  • ALL SAFE HOLDS: Safes may be placed on hold for 30-days with a 100% deposit. If canceled for any reason, deposit is refundable by store credit only. Hold extensions will not be granted.
  • ALL BOAT HOLDS: Boats may be placed on hold for 7 days and will be returned to stock, if not purchased within that period. Boats may be paid in full through KTP.com for in-store pick up.
  • No customer holds will be allowed for any other merchandise. Items may be purchased through KTP.com for in-store pick up when applicable.
